Lucretia Bock Memorial Fund

2025 Memorial Fund Projects

Our goal for 2025 is to insure that baby Lucretia has the nutrition and medical car needed for a young child and her cousin Ropa is attending Grade 4 at a private school.   We added a cross to Chapel Hill and will expand the Kupara Project to include several goats and a cow to support land production and supplement milk for Lucretia!

The Kupara Homestead Project

Our first program was to fulfill Lucretia's dream to provide Regis a piece of land and a small home.  He and his wife Tsisti, spent two weeks learning Permaculture Techniques in our program and then established their land.  Donations provided by Lucretia's friends and family provided funds to purchase 3 Hectares of land, build a Kitchen Hut and a small home.

In 2025 we hope to support a new well to expand their field and send Tsisti to Permaculture training to learn how to integrate small animals into their agriculture system.

Regis, Tsisti welcome baby Lucretia Hope

Regis and his wife Tsisti welcomed their first child "Lucretia Hope Kupara" to the homestead! Lucretia was born on Lucretia's Mom's Birthday!

Building a Chapel Hill in Zimbabwe

Lucretia's other great love was Camp Mystic and the place where she and I (Arden) met.

The land Regis obtained has a hill with a view, when Regis walked on the land, he tood at teh top of the hill and prayed, he thanked God for Lucretia and declared he wanted to dedicate a part of the land to be a place of worship, like Chapel Hill a place Lucretia had talked about.

We hope to use donations to establish and keep up a peaceful space for prayer and worship, with a tree, a bench, and a cross—a place for reflection and remembrance.

Regis leads a small  prayer group for his community once a week at this site.  In 2024, we upgraded the cross.   in 2025 we hope to add succulents, fruit trees and add several stone benches to continue to grow this area.
