CURRENT CHILDREN AND UPDATES
Honey
Honey is our youngest child, she is the child of one of our alumni and has shown commitment and potential to her work and her life. She was just accepted into Little Rock School, an international Cambridge program.
We hope to find funding for Honey to finish High School (Form 1- 4) at this prestigious boarding school.
Arden Evernice
Arden is attending a private school in Zimbabwe, she just finished her first year and received the Awards in academic excellency.
Arden has 5 years to get her A level Certificate, the final year will be covered.
Tanyaradzwa
Tanya has just completed her second year of high school as a top student in her class. She was enrolled into the program after tragically losing her mother, and sole provider.
Tanya has 4 years left in her high school program and we look forward to supporting her throughought her journey
Tashinga
Tashinga is in his final year of high school. As one of the top students in his class, he was recently elected as part of the student leaders at Rio Tinto High School.
Tashinga has one year left at a Local High School to complete his A level studies.
Davidzo
Davidzo is studying Art and Design at Woodridge School in South Africa, she will be finishing her last year of high school and applying to get an MFA.
Davidzo is looking forward to three years of study at University in the Arts..
Blessing
Currently studying Transport And Logistics Management at Bulawayo Polytechnic College.
She has two more years to complete her National Diploma Studies at Bulawayo Polytechnic.
Blessed
Blessed, twin sister to Blessing, is also pursuing a diploma in Transport And Logistics Management at Bulawayo Polytechnic College.
Like Blessing, Blessed has 2 years left in her program .
Tawanda
He is currently studying Motor Mechanics at a local college
Tawanda is left with one year to complete his diploma.
Karen
Currently studying Development Studies at Women’s University in Zimbabwe. She participated in the permaculture program with Linda Gabrial and received a certificate.
She has two more years at Women's University in Zimbabwe.
Tatenda
Tatenda just completed her 3rd of 4 years of permaculture training, she was given a piece of land and has her own home, garden and chicken coop.
In Tatenda’s last year she will be upgrading her garden, adding a water conservation project and an income generating project with goats.
Alpha
Alpha recently graduated from High school top of his class.
Alpha will be joining Monash University in South Africa, for do a 4 year program in Business Administration.
Mitchel
Mitchell is living in Port Elizabeth and currently studying Bsc In Computer Science (with stats and math majors) at Nelson Mandela University.
She was accepted into a 3 year honors degree at Nelson Mandela University, and will be graduating in April 2024.
Rachel
Rachel, younger sister to Mitchel Phiri, is a top student in her class. She is in her last year of high school.
After graduating from High school, Rachel will join a 3 year program at a local College in Zimbabwe
Faith
Faith is a Finance major at Nelson Mandela University in Port Elizabeth, South Africa
She has 2 years left in her program and is on track to graduate as top of her class in 2024.
Alice
Alice is studying Computer and Electrical Engineering at University of Cape Town. She supplements her allowance through running a small online business.
Alice has 3 more years at University of Capetown looking forward to graduating in 2026.
Natsidzirai
Natsidzirai is studying Marine Engineering and is in her final year at Nelson Mandela University. A certified scuba diver, Natsi recently acquired her Skipper license and usually spends her weekends as a tourist tour guide
Natsidzirai has 1 more year at Nelson Mandela University, and will be graduating in April, 2024.
Marvelous
Marvellous is in his 3rd year at Nelson Mandela University, studying Bachelors Technical Degree in Civil Engineering. Marvellous’ passion in Computer Aided Structural Design, has set a clear and oriented future in Structural Engineering.
Marvellous is left with 1 year of study, expecting to graduate in April 2024
